FDE may involve sensitive product, process, and formulation information. The early batch is designed to minimize what is collected and make manual review explicit.
What we do not need
Full formula, exact percentages, supplier identities, customer names, brand names, or confidential manufacturing contracts.
Manual review
The early diagnostic batch is protocol-assisted and manually reviewed. It is not presented as a fully automated SaaS system.
Pattern-level learning
Anonymized, aggregated pattern retention happens only when consent is granted. Raw submissions are not routed into BENENOVO sales or client-service workflows.

Manual review consent
I understand that this early diagnostic batch is reviewed through a protocol-assisted manual process. My submission will be used to generate my diagnostic brief and will not be shared publicly without separate permission.
Aggregation consent
I allow VXS Industrial Intelligence to retain anonymized, aggregated parameters from my submission for internal failure-pattern analysis. This excludes my name, company, brand, exact formula, supplier information, and contact details.
Public case consent
I allow VXS Industrial Intelligence to reference this case publicly only after removing identifying details and only with a separate preview or approval step.
